Return Policy

All special flooring orders are a final sale, stocked items can be returned within 30 days and can be subject to a re-stocking fee. Always make sure you love you choice before you order and have our flooring sales team measure your space. 

Overages

On all jobs we measure and install we aim for a 5-10% overage to offset waste that may incur on a job.  On commercial and insurance work we use 10% as a guideline to make sure that if there ever is an issue down the road and your product is discontinued or the same dyelot is not available, then you are still covered for any repairs.  These overages are required to make sure that if by chance an issue does arise, it does not slow down your commercial project, or timely renovation.

Are Estimates Free

Yes, We will come visit your home and deliver a free estimate. Charges may be involved for our of town estimates. Our estimators are professional and experienced, however some times there are issues that may not bee seen prior to the installation day.
