Since opening in 1968 there has always been the unfortunate need for project restoration and insurance work. Rosebrook Flooring have been working with the insurance and restoration industry for many years, and will continue to do so. Once contacted by the insured, restoration company, or adjusters we will dispatch one of our sales staff with samples if possible to assess, meet with affected tenants, and submit pricing as quickly and efficiently as possible. We service claims for leading restoration and insurance companies through Dawson Creek, Fort St. John, and surrounding areas.
We will provide the following services:
Provide and arrange professional floor consultation to the claimant within 48 hours of being notified
Accurately measure the floors
Determine flooring repair or replacement cost
Provide a detailed scope with exact measurements as well as a room drawing
Provide pictures of the loss
Offer customer a complete selection of flooring samples equal to previous quality
Coordinate a flooring installation date that fits the insured or claimant's schedule
Follow up with your insured or claimant after completion
