Site C - ACM - Main Lodging Corridor Project

Over 1000 linear feet (3 football fields long). The longest hallway in all of the land. This project gave us a whole new perspective on how job sites and people can work together. Over 20,000 sq ft of flooring was installed, and we only renovated a small portion of one floor in this massive complex.

City of Fort St. John - Pomeroy Sports Center

3 Phases, 3 Floors. Our out-of-town crews came in for this one. Fast and efficient, was the goal of this project. Our crews proved themselves at every step, which has led to so much more work. Not every job goes smooth, however, this one considering the size needed minimal supervision. Things go great when you work with the best people! Customers and crews are included in the statement.

Cambridge Estates Phase IV - Western Canadian Construction

3 more complexes were completed with Western Canadian Property Group. This phase was another 20,000+ sq ft of flooring installed. This time we moved to a new floating ridged core product from Cascade. This was a new option for us to bring to the construction table. Since the start of this project, we have been selling skid after skid. Its faster and easier to install, no glue, no fumes, and it can go over nearly any smooth surface.

WL Construction - Francis Work Beaton Building

This renovation involved a tenant improvement upgrade to the entire south side of the fourth floor. This elaborate open space design gave the opportunity to work with a variety of extremely high end products that fit the space beautifully. WL made it easy for us, this project was organized by them beautifully. Our crews for this project where brought up from Swift Current. They where familiar with work that we had done on the third floor which made it an easy job to complete this very technical install of 5000 sq ft in just 4 days.

Francis Work Beaton 3rd Floor - Peterson Group

From the first floor to the 4th we have slowly been making our way though this project. This portion was a 3rd floor entire renovation that paired us with Peace Moving and Storage to complete a 10,000 sq ft renovation which included flooring and baseboard removal, disposal and replacement, in a fully occupied office space. While working day and night and with the dedication of everyone involve we managed to beat the 9 day schedule and complete in only 5 days. Using a technique of lifting large portions of furniture and partitions rather then moving them entirely we where not only able to complete ahead of schedule, but to a very low degree of displacement to the tenants occupying these spaces.

BC Hydro/BC Housing - Western Canadian Construction

This 50 unit 6 story project was completed under a very strict timeline. Using extremely high end material that meet Passive House standards for efficiency and environmental impact. This project is the largest Passive House-certified building in BC, and a pleasure to be apart of.

Cambridge Estates Phase II - Western Canadian Construction

Fort St, John's newest neighborhood, with over 20,000 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank and 3000 sq ft of quality porcelain tiles.  This is the second phase of Cambridge Estates, and it includes 4 new building complexes.  Our installers on this project are Andrew Jensen, Pat Shuya and Chad Beer who  worked together with the direction of site foreman Brad Tremblay to complete this 6 week project in a timely fashion.   This has been a great project and we look forward to more opportunities like this with Western Canadian Construction in the future.

NENAS Playground Renovations - Kalmar Construction

Over 4000 sq ft playground renovated.  Using Rymar Everblade 80 synthetic grass, we have been able to transform this playground from an area that was previously not as functional, to a clean and beautiful area that will be enjoyed by all who use it. 

103 Avenue Commercial Building - Kalmar Construction 

10,000 sq ft commercial lease space in Fort St. John.  Two story building using a combination of  5mm Luxury Vinyl Plank and Porcelain Tile.  2000 sq ft of tile to be installed on the exterior, and interior walls,  using the Wedi Panel Building Board System.  This modern building project incorporate 3 different crews working from Rosebrook to ensure completion in a trimly fashion. 

The Canadian Brewhouse

The Canadian Brewhouse was completed ahead of scheduled.  This time we used the experience of a Calgary company named Floored by Ward, for the commercial vinyl portion of the job. As well again had the pleasure to work with Daniel from Mitch Ranch Reno's, out of Vernon, BC, for the LVP install.  This project consists of 4000 sq ft of Luxury Vinyl Plank, and 3000 sq for of commercial safety floor, with flash coving.     

Site C - Bird Construction/Atco Structures

Site C construction workers facility.  We are 100% complete.  All Bathrooms, Theater, Elevators and Gymnasium have been completed. This has been a great 10 week contract that was completed on scheduled by August 30th.    

Hudson Condominiums - 51 Unit Complex - Western Canadian Construction - 2016

This project consisted of  over 40,000 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank and 4000 sq ft of quality porcelain tiles and 5400 sq ft of commercial carpet tiles which where installed over the course of an 12 week period.  This project has been solely completed using local installers and contractors.  Ceramic tile installation is being completed by Lojo Contracting.  LVT installed by Robert Olifa of Robin Wood Floors. We worked together with Frank Bouma of Western Canadian and he has managed an efficient work site allowing all trades work together and stay consistent with scheduling.  This has been a great project and we look forward to more opportunities like this with Western Canadian Construction. 

Crosstown Apartments - Our latest 40 unit apartment complex - Peace Enterprises - 2016

Our latest 40 unit apartment complex in fort St. john.  This is the our 3rd large project we have been part of working under the very well established Peace Enterprises.  We have completed all units with over 40000 sq ft of flooring installed. At a rate of 10000 sq ft of flooring per week.  Project such as this take month of planning and preparation in order to run smoothly.  That along with quality workmanship from our installation teams, such as Mitch Ranch Reno's of Kelowna, BC whom we have had the pleasure of working with for many of these such projects.  His long term relation ship with us (over 15 yrs)  constantly delivers a product that we are happy to deliver to our customers.
